How do I access the plant information from our onboarding?

If you'd like to review the plant information added during your onboarding to Climate Earth — such as materials, suppliers, and plant operational data — to confirm it's correct, our support team can send this to you.

Before you begin

• You know the plant name(s) you'd like information for.
• Requesting information for multiple plants? List each plant name so support can include all of them.

Steps

1. Contact Customer Support (link below).

2. Provide the plant name(s).

Expected result

Support will send you the plant information on file, including materials, suppliers, and plant operational data, so you can confirm it's correct.
